Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp, a Canadian actress and actor, is well-known for her role as the lead in many television series as well as her strong performances in movies. The audience for her work is both Canadian as well as American television. Emily began acting at 12 when she was visiting her sister Katie in one of Katie's film productions. Once she discovered her passion in acting she enrolled herself in acting classes and started auditioning. She began with some commercials however, she was eventually cast as a child actor in the Canadian TV horror series Are You Fearful of the Darkness? One scene in which she was not even speaking even a single word. When she was 15years old, Emily had her first big break after she was made a regular of the WB TV series Glory Days. Emily was also a photographer and ballerina was named by Teen magazine as one of the most talented actresses under the age of 20. Maxim ranked her 51st in its Hot 100 of 2014.
