Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my journey - from the highs and lows. My parents took my family to America in 1990, when I was just a year old. I wouldn't be sharing my life story today if my parents didn't work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. With the opportunity to have a better life, I wanted to do my best to please them and was focused on my success. I thought my future would unfold a certain way: graduate from university, be offered an executive position, be married, and then start an family. The life I had thought I would have wasn't what it turned out to be. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joyIt was as if I had wasted my time and energy in exchange for a salary when I knew I was destined for something more. When I began to navigate my way towards a new direction in my career, I found I was destined to work as a personal trainer. I was a fan of exercise, I loved being social, and I love helping people. In 2014, I started my own small business and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. There are very few Asian women have a job in the world of fashion. I strive to be a change maker within the field to offer the best coaching and guidance to help others to become a healthier and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. Additionally, I would like everyone to be able to pursue their goals and achieve anything they desire in their life. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mom was the most devastating hit to my personal life. She has won the eight-year battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. There is a lot we can learn from life, even though we might not be able to see it now. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways and I believe my Mom gave me another opportunity to live my life after her death. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of awe and vitality. It feels like I am truly living, instead of just being. I am sharing my experiences and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts in order to let you be aware that you're not on your own, to be aware that you are far more capable than anything else you set your mind to the fact that real love is there and therapy is normal and needed that health truly is your greatest form of wealth. Because death is all that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
